Denny Lengkong

A self-proclaimed entrepreneur and data geek, Denny is the brains behind IntelliData. He believes that there is always a story waiting to be uncovered in data, and these stories can unlock endless possibilities, answer this generation’s complex challenges, and transform businesses in more ways than one.

Denny has over 20 years of experience in data and has helped various associations and non-profit organizations across various industries. He and his team believe in empowering associations and NGOs by helping them understand and utilize data effectively.

Using data, Denny and the Intellidata team continue to help associations grow and make significant social and economic impact on the lives of families, consumers, and communities.

Jay S. Daughtry

Jay Daughtry brings his unique perspectives and ideas in IntelliData through keen understanding of what the organization really needs. He has been around in the association space since 2002 and an active member of the ASAE where he became a Gold Circle Awards judge, committee member, and conference speaker. He is known in the industry as one of the respected experts who can give solutions even to most challenging organizational problems. With a Master’s Degree in Education and work experience in various roles and industries, Jay gives insightful outlooks in every organization.

As IntelliData’s Senior Director of Strategy and Growth, he believes that understanding the “why” behind challenges lead to better, more efficent, and long-term solutions.

On the road, you can see Jay driving his ’66 Mustang, while he spends the rest of his spare time reading or playing board games.

Melissa Miller

Mellisa Miller has been working with different organizations in finding clarity in their business goals. Her simple but effective approach in solving organizational problems has been a proof of her over 15 years in experience in the association space.

Her 11-year extensive experience with Personify enabled her to take on various hats and provide valuable solutions to any organization she handles. Not to mention, Melissa graduated summa cum laude in Business focusing in Information Systems. Her stellar educational background proved to be very useful in strategies that will make solutions more efficient.

While not busy at work, Melissa enjoys travelling, photography, crafting, tennis, and skiing among other things.

Melinda Bazzelle

Melinda Bazelle is an insightful problem solver who has been providing IT and AMS support to different organizations for over 10 years. This experience has propelled her understanding of different aspects of associations to a wider space – from memberships to fundraising, and even marketing and accounting. Her background in Electrical Engineering combined with her great passion for data management and IT have brought dynamism in strategies and breadth in variety of data management experiences.

If there’s one thing that Melinda loves, it’s a good challenge that makes her solve complex problems especially in the field of data management and business intelligence.

If Melinda is not crunching numbers and analyzing data, she spends her time enjoying Prestige TV podcast and a few home improvement projects here and there.

Her extensive experience in computing and data analytics make her the perfect person to handle projects that involve data. Be it data clean-up, migration, reporting and even business intelligence- Melinda is always ready to help.

While away from her desk, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, going camping, tending to her homestead, riding the motorcycle with her husband and going horseback riding at the farm.
